Please access the link below to submit a 2-page abstract of your latest research breakthroughs for review:\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.softconf.com\/j\/ieee-cyber2019\/\">https:\/\/www.softconf.com\/j\/ieee-cyber2019\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Authors should submit an abstract (2 pages) for review; However, if you wish to participate in the best paper contests, you MUST submit a full paper (4 to 6 pages) for review by March 15.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are going to submit a single PDF that has to conform to the manuscript preparation guidelines. In particular, you should use the provided templates.<\/li>\n<li>Word template\u00a0can be downloaded <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee-cyber.org\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Template-for-Preparation-of-Papers-for-IEEE-Sponsored-Conferences.docx\">here<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.<\/li>\n<li>Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.<\/li>\n<li>Page limit: For the first submission, a manuscript can be of 4-6 pages for paper and 2 pages for extended abstract. For the final submission, a manuscript should be of 4-6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. The author names should be listed in the order of First Name, Middle Name or Initial (if any), and then Last (Sir) Name. DO NOT indicate any membership UNLESS the author is a member of the IEEE.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Figures<\/strong>. Ensure every figure in your paper is clear enough, with a standard of 300 dots per inch (dpi).<br \/>\u2022 <strong>References<\/strong>. Refer to the template file below for the IEEE style of reference citations. Please do NOT use reference styles from publications of other societies or organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: The above basic adherence to layout specifications is expected.
