The presenters should prepare <strong>Power Point Slides (16:9) <\/strong>to facilitate their presentations.\u00a0 The slides and the presentations must be in <strong>English<\/strong>. Please test the slides before session start to avoid potential format problems caused by different software versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Duration <\/strong>of oral presentation is 15 minutes (including 3 mins Q&amp;A) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1>Instruction for Poster Presentations <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2>POSTER DIMENSIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your poster SHOULD have the following dimensions:<\/li><li><strong>Poster Size: A1 Size 23.4 inches (59.4 cm) wide x 33.1 inches (84.1 cm) high.<\/strong><\/li><li>Please note that printing out your submitted full paper in A4 size format is NOT acceptable as a poster.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>POSTER CONTENT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Title: <\/strong>The title of your poster should appear at the top with lettering of at least <strong>42 pt <\/strong>font size). Below the title, place the names of authors and their<\/li><li><strong>Text: <\/strong>Text should be readable from five feet away. Use a minimum font size of <strong>17 pt<\/strong>.\n Keep the text brief. Try to use text to introduce the study, explain \nvisuals and direct viewers\u2019 attention to significant data trends and \nrelationships portrayed in the visuals, state and explain the \ninterpretations that follow from the data. It is also a good idea to put\n future research plans or questions for discussion with viewers in your<\/li><li><strong>Figures: <\/strong>Each figure should have a brief title. \nFigures should be numbered consecutively according to the order in which\n they are first mentioned in the Try to use color figures rather than \nonly black and white text to make your poster attractive and highlight \nthe important technical content of your paper. Make sure that the text \nand the visuals are integrated.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>POSTER DISPLAY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Author should post up your poster on the poster panel in the morning \nof the day of your poster session. The detailed schedule of poster \narrangement please refer to the Program Arrangement webpage. When you \narrive for your session, please contact secretariat staff at the \nregistration counter for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Reporting presence,<\/li><li>Confirming the assigned board number,<\/li><li>Getting plastic<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that your poster should be prepared well in advance. \nThere will be no time or materials available for last minute \npreparations at the conference.
