Registration Fee
Note 1: IEEE-CYBER 2012 will be using IEEE Concentration Banking to receive registration payments. Detailed payment method information will be available on this site soon.
Note 2: To publish your paper in the IEEE Xplore Database, your paper MUST be registered and presented at the conference. If your paper is not presented at the conference, IEEE reserves the right to NOT publish your paper in the IEEE Xplore Database.

The registration fee covers the following:
- One registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author. An additional US$300 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be included in the proceedings/Xplore Database if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
- 1 Conference bag, 1 CD Proceedings, 1 reception ticket, and 1 banquet ticket. Drinks and food served at the tea-breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
- Additional lunch tickets MAY also be provided, depending on the availability of sponsorship.
- For papers with more than 6 pages, the author needs to pay US$250/page for the extra pages to be in the conference proceedings.

Refund Policy
- 50% of the paid registration fee will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before April 25, 2012.
- No refund will be given if cancellation is made after April 25, 2012.
Important Info
- At least one author MUST attend the conference and present the paper at the assigned time slot. Otherwise, the paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore for listing even if the registration fee is paid.
